Company History
Founded in 1984 from a video catalogue company, Innotrac has evolved into a leading, best-in-class, global fulfillment, customer are, and technology provider.
In 1998, after years of providing focused services within the telecommunications space for clients such as AT&T and Qwest, Innotrac became a publicly traded company. This transition allowed for the flexibility to expand into multiple centers across the country; it also marked the beginning of our focus on Direct-to-Consumer / Retail / Wholesale fulfillment.
Since that time, Innotrac has opened 8 centers totaling 2.8 million sq. ft. across the country, along with our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, continuously expanding into the high-touch, Direct-to-Consumer market. We also went global in 2010, with distribution center and multi-lingual contact centers throughout Europe. Each facility contains a unique balance of technology and processes designed to suit individual client needs such as housewares, fragiles, apparel, high value, or hard goods. Every program we operate is customized to run efficiently, be highly scalable, and achieve optimal inventory and shipping accuracy.
We currently operate with over 1,400 employees throughout the year, scaling to over 4,000 in Q4 in order to meet the volume requirements of Peak season.
Our core values have stayed the same for nearly 30 years. They are:
- The Customer Rules
- Be Easy to Do Business With
- Be Humble
- Treat Everyone With Respect
- Deliver What You Promise, When You Promise
- Details, Details, Details
- Be Accountable
These core values have guided the way we do business since 1984. We teach them to each and every executive, director, manager, supervisor, and associate. We attribute our high employee and client retention rate to these values, and believe that any relationship we enter into, whether with a client, vendor, or employee, needs to be founded on the mutual success of both parties.
