Scott Dorfman

President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board

Scott Dorfman founded Innotrac in 1984 and remains involved in the daily operations as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. He establishes the strategic plans and long-term goals in conjunction with the leadership team.

Scott started his career launching and managing mail order catalogs and developing software for tracking and analyzing marketing programs. He understands firsthand the importance of every customer touch point, and that has driven building Innotrac into an organization that delivers excellence every day.

Larry Hanger

Senior Vice President of Client Services

Larry Hanger joined Innotrac in 1994 with 15 years of experience managing and marketing telecommunications equipment and services for BellSouth. He was initially responsible for the Billing Options program that allowed consumers to purchase highly-featured telephone equipment through installment billing on their phone bills.  Larry and his team of directors and managers work closely with our client partners to ensure that we deliver our fulfillment and contact center services according to our clients’ business rules, support their marketing programs and brand strategies, and create a superior consumer experience. 

Robert Toner

Senior Vice President and COO

Robert Toner joined Innotrac in 2001 and has over 25 years of logistics, distribution and transportation management experience. Robert developed quality standards during his years at McMaster-Carr Supply, and has been responsible for developing and expanding Innotrac’s facilities and infrastructure. In his role as General Manager of East Coast operations for WebVan, an internet retailer, he was responsible for the way the customer experienced order delivery.  He understands that how an order is delivered is just as important as the product itself.

George Hare

CFO and Corporate Secretary

George Hare joined Innotrac in 2007 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Innotrac, he was the CFO of other NASDAQ traded companies in the Healthcare and Business Services industries. In 2009 and 2011, George was nominated as a finalist for CFO of Year for medium-sized public companies in Atlanta. His global experience includes positions in financial management, strategic planning, business development, and operations management. The combination of George's varied industry management experience offers Innotrac a financially based resource to manage the challenges and opportunities facing Innotrac’s clients, who compete in many different business verticals.

Salil Kulkarni

Senior Vice President and CIO

Salil Kulkarni joined Innotrac in 2011 with over 24 years of experience managing IT and eBusiness strategy and implementation. As CIO, he managed large IT organizations for the John H. Harland Company and Equifax and has significant experience with internet technologies that support online commerce.  Salil and his team are responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the technology infrastructure that supports Innotrac operations and our clients’ programs. His experience leading teams in both international and domestic environments supports client growth strategies.

Marsha Chulick

Vice President Business Development

Marsha Chulick joined Innotrac in 1998 and has over 25 years of business development experience.  Her extensive experience with eCommerce and knowledge of multi-channel marketing programs enable her to craft fulfillment and contact center solutions that support our clients’ brand strategies and revenue growth plans. She has partnered with global brand leaders to help them successfully launch their eCommerce initiatives.

Jon Eggleton

Vice President Marketing and eCommerce

Jon Eggleton joined Innotrac in 2011 with over 12 years of eCommerce and digital experience.  A marketing and eCommerce veteran, Jon has held management roles with Internet Retailer Top 500 brands including OfficeMax, HSN, and American Greetings Interactive.   He most recently led a comprehensive brand and site launch for LightsOnline.com, which was subsequently named to Internet Retailer’s 2011 “Hot 100” list for innovation.  Jon has extensive experience in eCommerce, as well as direct marketing, brand development, web design, social media, and customer service management.

Dan Reeves

Vice President

Dan Reeves joined Innotrac in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in the Direct Response and DRTV markets.  Dan is the primary architect of Innotrac’s proprietary CRM and Order Capture platform that was designed to support the requirements of eCommerce, catalog, DRTV and Direct Response marketers. Dan and his team work with our DRTV and Direct Response clients to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that support their programs and brand strategies.

Chrissy Herren

Senior Director, Corporate Controller

Chrissy Herren joined Innotrac in 1991 and has almost 20 years of financial and fulfillment industry experience.  She oversees all aspects of the company’s accounting operations, including client invoicing, reporting, audits and implementation of accounting policy.

Robert Sedacca

Senior Director IT Product, Quality & Warehouse Mgmt.

Robert Sedacca joined Innotrac in 2001 and has over 28 years experience in IT software development and systems support.  Robert leads the IT Development and Support organization and has managed over 65 client implementations at Innotrac.   His expertise in order management and warehouse management delivers implementation solutions that increase levels of service and minimize costs.

Melissa Anneler

Director Client Services

Melissa Anneler joined the company in 1999 and has 15 years of experience in account management and client services.  Melissa and her team focus on translating client needs into business processes that deliver a superior brand experience for our clients’ customers.

John Cummins

Director IT Operations and Systems Security

John Cummins joined Innotrac in 1999 and has 22 years of IT management and operations experience that includes 10 years in IT management at Equifax.  John leads the IT team responsible for technical support services, data centers, networks, IT systems, database management, SOX and PCI compliance.  His knowledge of IT operations allows John to develop highly secure and scalable IT systems and applications that support our order management, warehouse management and Customer Care systems.

Mindy Dorfman

Director Client Services

Mindy Dorfman joined Innotrac in 1996.  Mindy and her team serve as the liaisons between Innotrac clients and fulfillment operations. Her experience in eCommerce, retail distribution, IT integration and call center management provide Innotrac clients with a subject matter expert managing the daily details of their programs.

Glenn Furneaux

Director Human Resources

Glenn Furneaux joined Innotrac in 2009 with 28 years experience in Human Resources, sales and marketing at Coca-Cola Enterprises.  Glenn and his team are dedicated to acquiring and retaining the highest quality talent to better serve Innotrac’s clients. 

George Gilligan

Director Quality and Safety

George Gilligan joined Innotrac in 2002 and has over 30 years experience in client related quality processes.  George and his team manage ISO 9001 certification and quality and safety programs.  His extensive background in quality assurance allows Innotrac to develop and manage processes that consistently provide the highest level of service to our clients and their customers.

Paul Jenemann

Director Operations

Paul Jenemann joined Innotrac in 2004 and has 20 years experience in the fulfillment industry.  Paul manages one of Innotrac’s Hebron, Kentucky, fulfillment centers.  Paul has successfully transitioned a single client fulfillment operation into an automated multi-client facility and has extensive experience with high-end catalog fulfillment.  His expertise provides Innotrac clients with the most efficient ways to store, pack and ship their products.

Ramzi Khuri

Director Software Development

Ramzi Khuri joined Innotrac in 2011 and brings 20 plus years of software development and IT operations experience to the Innotrac team.  Ramzi has served in leadership roles for several global organizations including, FleetCor, Mckesson and Exxon.  His background includes a skill set in software/solutions architecture, resource management, project management, systems strategy and product development.

Nathan Krueger

Director Operations

Nathan Krueger joined Innotrac in 2005 and has 15 years experience managing operations in the 3PL industry.  Prior to joining Innotrac, Nathan led several operations teams servicing Fortune 500 clients in the consumer products, food & beverage, retail, & auto industries.  He is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of one of Innotrac’s Hebron, Kentucky, fulfillment centers.  

Kyle Magolan

Director Operations

Kyle Magolan is Director of Operations for Innotrac’s Columbus, Ohio, location.  Prior to joining Innotrac in 2005, he served as Fulfillment Manager for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.  Kyle and his team focus on delivering superior fulfillment program execution on behalf of Innotrac clients every day.

Jack McInerney

Director Operations

Jack McInerney joined Innotrac in 2011 with 22 years of operations and logistics experience. Prior to joining Innotrac, Jack held operations management positions with leading retailers including, Wal-Mart, Office Depot and Marshall’s. He currently oversees the Atlanta fulfillment center’s day-to-day operations ensuring that each client’s business goals are met according to their business rules. 

Trey Meadows

Director Business Development

Trey Meadows joined Innotrac in 2010 with over 10 years experience in the areas of technology, fulfillment and operations.  Prior to joining Innotrac, Trey worked with logistics and operations organizations implementing business solutions for fortune 500 companies that have lowered client overall costs and increased service levels.   Trey is responsible for Innotrac’s Direct Response Television (DRTV) and eCommerce markets. 

Marcos Moncayo

Director Operations

Marcos Moncayo joined Innotrac in 2001 and is the Director of Operations for Innotrac's Reno, Nevada, fulfillment center.  He brings 24 years of industry experience in direct response, inventory management and order fulfillment to the company.  Marcos and his team work to continuously improve fulfillment center operations and performance.

John Pellegrino

Director of Transportation

John Pellegrino joined Innotrac in 2010 with over 25 years of domestic and international transportation experience in logistics operations and the 3PL environment. John has managed transportation logistics using land, marine and air delivery systems. He is responsible for managing Innotrac’s transportation solutions and logistics costs so we can provide competitive transportation options for our clients.  

Mark Pierce

Director Client Services

Mark Pierce joined Innotrac in 2002 and has 14 years of experience in client services. Prior to joining Innotrac, Mark served as a partner relationship manager for CheckFree Corporation.  Mark and his team manage our clients’ daily programs ensuring delivery of a superior brand experience to Innotrac clients and their customers.

Jon Schuler

Director Client Services

Prior to joining Innotrac in 1999, Jon Schuler served in account management positions with Customer Care providers for 10 years.  Jon and his team function as an extension of their client’s internal operations by managing daily details of their programs.

Aric Schwab

Director Operations

Aric Schwab, Director of Innotrac’s Bolingbrook, Illinois, fulfillment center, joined Innotrac in 2001 and has over 10 years of experience in operations and distribution.  Prior to joining Innotrac Aric served as the Production and Inventory Manager for Corporate Express Office Supplies distribution division.  Aric and his team ensure best-in-class service for Innotrac’s clients’ fulfillment programs.

Paul Speights

Director Call Center

Paul Speights joined Innotrac in 2006 as Director of Innotrac’s Customer Care center located in Pueblo, Colorado.  Prior to joining Innotrac, Paul served in call center management roles for Bank of America and SunTrust.  Paul leads a team of highly trained Customer Care professionals who operate as a seamless extension of our clients’ internal organizations. 

Chip Stokes

Director of Finance

Chip Stokes joined Innotrac in 2008 with a background in third-party logistics, finance, sales and customer development for The Coca-Cola Company.  Chip is responsible for the development of financial modeling, budgeting, financial analysis and internal P&L reporting.

Ed Pilot

Senior Manager, Operations

Ed Pilot manages the Pueblo, Colorado, fulfillment center and has over 20 years experience in logistics and process control.  Prior to joining Innotrac, Ed worked for Columbia House Records, a direct marketer for music and video media. Since joining Innotrac in 2001, he has developed inventory programs which have resulted in cost savings and improved inventory accuracy for Innotrac clients.
