Having timely access to the right data is crucial in making intelligent business decisions.  From inbound/outbound statistics, productivity metrics, and return reasons (by order, product, ship-type or region) to contact center volumes, upsell rates, and refund financial reports, Innotrac provides clients with the necessary operational metrics and KPI’s to better run your day-to-day business.

Beyond standard reporting, we create for each program a regiment of customized reports capturing and comparing metrics unique to the client.  We establish the analytics to be presented, create a generation schedule for the reports, and deliver them in any file format that may be required.
