
Scott Dorfman founded Innotrac in 1984 and remains involved in the daily operations as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. He establishes the strategic plans and long-term goals in conjunction with the leadership team.
Scott started his career launching and managing mail order catalogs and developing software for tracking and analyzing marketing programs. He understands firsthand the importance of every customer touch point, and that has driven building Innotrac into an organization that delivers excellence every day.
Larry Hanger joined Innotrac in 1994 with 15 years of experience managing and marketing telecommunications equipment and services for BellSouth. He was initially responsible for the Billing Options program that allowed consumers to purchase highly-featured telephone equipment through installment billing on their phone bills. Larry and his team of Directors and Managers work closely with our client partners to ensure that we deliver our fulfillment and customer care services according to our clients’ business rules, support their marketing programs and brand strategies, and create a superior consumer experience.
Robert Toner joined Innotrac in 2001 and has over 25 years of logistics, distribution and transportation management experience. Robert developed quality standards during his years at McMaster-Carr Supply, and has been responsible for developing and expanding Innotrac’s facilities and infrastructure. In his role as General Manager of East Coast operations for WebVan, an internet retailer, he was responsible for the way the customer experienced order delivery. He understands that how an order is delivered is just as important as the product itself.
Jim McMurphy joined Innotrac in 2003 and has over 14 years experience in CIO roles for Capital One and Pleasant Company, makers of American Doll. Jim and his team are responsible for all technology and client program implementation. Jim has extensive experience in technology as it relates to fulfillment, logistics, OMS and WMS systems. This has enabled him to develop processes and systems that allow us to integrate new clients’ internal systems and ramp up new programs for our existing clients quickly.
George Hare joined Innotrac in 2007 and serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Innotrac, he was the CFO of other NASDAQ traded companies in the Healthcare and Business Services industries. In 2009, George was nominated as a finalist for CFO of Year for medium-sized public companies in Atlanta. The combination of operations, acquisition integration and varied industry management experience offers Innotrac a financially based resource to manage the challenges and opportunities facing Innotrac’s clients who compete in many different business verticals.
Marsha Chulick joined Innotrac in 1998 and has over 25 years of business development experience. Her extensive experience with eCommerce and knowledge of multi-channel marketing programs enable her to craft fulfillment and Customer Care solutions that support our clients’ brand strategies and revenue growth plans. She has partnered with global brand leaders to help them successfully launch their eCommerce initiatives.
Nancy Bergeron joined Innotrac in 1997 and has over 25 years of experience developing new products and programs that support revenue growth for retail, eCommerce, catalog, telecom, broadband, business-to-business and Direct Response/DRTV markets. In addition to business development activities, Nancy and her team provide value added services that support our clients’ programs.
Dan Reeves joined Innotrac in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in the Direct Response and DRTV markets. Dan is the primary architect of Innotrac’s proprietary CRM and Order Capture platform that was designed to support the requirements of eCommerce, catalog, DRTV and Direct Response marketers. Dan and his team work with our DRTV and Direct Response clients to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that support their programs and brand strategies.
