Innotrac was founded in 1984 by Scott Dorfman, who remains involved in the daily operations as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Innotrac became a public company in 1998 (NASDAQ INOC).

Innotrac has been the brand steward for many of the most recognized brands in the world for over 25 years. We understand the value of our clients’ brands and the way their customers experience their brands. We have designed our organization to operate as a seamless extension of our clients’ internal operations.

We create customized solutions that support our clients' brand strategies—from special branded packaging to the words we use when we communicate with their customers on their behalf—it all supports the customer experience according to our clients' business rules.

We work with our clients daily in a spirit of continuous improvement. We continue to invest in technology and infrastructure to support and improve our clients’ programs.

We operate an integrated network of 7 fulfillment and distribution centers across the United States. Multi-facility fulfillment solutions can reduce our clients’ freight costs and improve delivery time to their customers, which contributes to greater customer satisfaction.

Our systems and solutions are flexible and scalable, and this allows us to ramp up quickly to support new initiatives, peaks and promotions. Our clients are able to use all or part of our service solutions, enabling them to craft, control and manage their programs for long-term growth and profitability.
