Our proprietary web-based system built in java allows us to route orders based on complex business rules.  It also provides clients real-time visibility into their program.  Developed in-house and maintained by a dedicated team, Command Center™ is a robust offering only available with Innotrac.

Warehouse Management

For our WMS, Innotrac has partnered with another Best-of-Breed provider, Manhattan Associates.  This highly-configurable, highly-reliable software is utilized throughout the network to support distribution center operations.  It is maintained and implemented by an experienced in-house team, and when paired with our automation and processes, offers unmatched speed, accuracy, and flexibility.

Enterprise Integration Layer

For over 8 years, Innotrac has utilized webMethods, the best Enterprise Integration Layer available to simplify the integration/file sharing process.  Yet another Best-of-Breed provider, webMethods allows for easy “plug-and-play” integrations; gone are the days of complex system maps and failed integrations.  All data flow both internally and externally is established via webMethods. We have the ability to easily send and receive any file type including EDI, XML, Flat File, Webservices, CSV, etc.  Your integration will be cost-efficient and seamless.
