ATLANTA, March 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Innotrac Corporation (Nasdaq: INOC), today announced it has signed a multiyear agreement with The North Face, the world's premier supplier of authentic, innovative and technically advanced outdoor apparel, equipment and footwear, to provide product fulfillment services to support the expansion of their e-commerce initiative set to launch later this year.

Innotrac Updates Status of Receivership Established for IPOF Fund


ATLANTA, (February 1, 2008) - Innotrac Corporation (Nasdaq: INOC - News) today updated its previous announcement regarding the appointment of a receiver by the United States District Court in Cleveland, Ohio to identify and administer the assets of the IPOF Fund, L.P. and Mr. David Dadante.  In an order issued on February 1, 2008, the Court granted the Receiver's motion to extend the period during which financial institutions holding Company stock owned by the IPOF Fund, Mr. Dadante or Dadante-related entities are restricted from trading any of these shares as defined in the Court’s prior orders, until April 4, 2008.  The company’s discussions with the receiver exploring avenues for the disposition of the shares are ongoing.

ATLANTA, (July 27, 2007) - Innotrac Corporation (Nasdaq: INOC - News) today updated its previous announcement regarding the appointment of a receiver by the United States District Court in Cleveland, Ohio to identify and administer the assets of the IPOF Fund, L.P. and Mr. David Dadante.  In an order issued on July 26, 2007, the Court granted the Receiver's motion to extend the period during which financial institutions holding Company stock owned by the IPOF Fund, Mr. Dadante or Dadante-related entities are restricted until November 2, 2007 from trading any of these shares as defined in the Court’s prior orders.  The Company continues to be engaged in discussions with the receiver to explore all avenues for the disposition of the shares in a manner that causes as little disruption to the market for Company stock as possible, and which would reasonably assure that the shares held by the receiver would be fairly valued in any disposition.

 

Innotrac Corporation Confirms SEC Investigation of Fictitious Press Release

ATLANTA, (December 22, 2006) – Innotrac Corporation (Nasdaq: INOC) confirmed today that the Securities & Exchange Commission is investigating the press release purportedly made on the Company’s behalf on December 20, 2006 regarding a contract with a Siemens entity, which release the Company previously announced did not originate from the Company and was totally false. The Company is providing the Securities & Exchange Commission all information it has gathered regarding the source of this press release and is otherwise actively cooperating with this investigation.

Innotrac passes initial ISO9001 certification audit in Reno facility.

Innotrac purchases ClientLogic's fulfillment/reverse logistics business

Innotrac Corporation announced the purchase of ClientLogic’s fulfillment and reverse logistics business. This includes their pick, pack and ship; reverse logistics; warehouse management; lettershop; and the related customer service business that has been managed out of ClientLogic’s Columbus, Ohio facility.

The client’s associated with this business have agreed to assign their contracts to Innotrac. The purchase also includes all the racking; conveyors; tilt tray sorters; data processing equipment and systems; and a complete lettershop and print operation located in the Columbus facility.

The ClientLogic Columbus, Ohio facility, as well as the management and associates employed in Columbus, will be integrated into the Innotrac organization. This will ensure continuity of service to clients serviced by that operation and provide scope for expansion from Innotrac.

The Columbus facility will become Innotrac’s tenth facility and will add to its unique integrated national footprint. In addition, Innotrac plans to have the facility ISO 9001 certified as it has done with its other facilities.
